Beginning in 2002 and continuing through 2003, Optimised Operations, in conjunction with our regular strategic partner, An Meá, developed an integrated Health Safety and Environment Management System for Sakhalin Energy Investment Company, Russia.

Sakhalin Energy has begun the world's largest engineering construction project to become the world's largest supplier of liquefied natural gas (LNG). This massive project is comprised of 3 offshore platforms, 2 major onshore facilities and 800km of pipelines. We have been pleased to assist them in their efforts to complete the project efficiently while minimising HSE risks now and into the future.
